All S for Sausage products are delivered frozen, packed with gel packs and natural wool insulation to help maintain safe temperatures from dispatch to delivery and arriving in our signature box.

Orders are sent via NZ Post Overnight Service, with most parcels arriving the next business day after dispatch.
This dispatch schedule helps minimise time in transit and avoids parcels sitting with couriers over the weekend.
Orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, weather or courier volumes.Our frozen packaging is designed to handle short delays. We recommend bringing your box inside as soon as you can.
Once your order arrives:
If not, place them in the freezer when you get home to keep them in top condition
If you won’t be home at the time of delivery, adding a shaded or sheltered spot to your delivery instructions can help keep things cooler while your parcel waits.
A helpful tip:
If you know you will be out when your order arrives, leaving a chilly bin at your door or gate and asking the courier to place your delivery inside is a great option, or leaving it in a shaded area is a great way to help maintain the temperature until you get home.
In warmer months, it’s a good idea to bring your delivery inside within around an hour of arrival where possible.We offer free shipping on orders over $70 NZD.
For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.Occasionally, courier delays may occur due to weather, peak periods or route limitations.
Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery timing is outside our control. That said, we always dispatch orders carefully and with product quality in mind.
