Important notes
Your sausages are shipped frozen using insulated packaging and ice packs.
If they arrive partially softened but still cold to the touch, they can be safely returned to the freezer or stored in the fridge if you plan to use them soon.
If fully defrosted, keep chilled below 4°C and enjoy within 3 days. Do not refreeze once fully defrosted.
