This allows us to reduce added salt while keeping the sausage tender, juicy and full of flavour. Carefully linked in natural casing.

How to Cook
Cook gently and don’t pierce our sausages.
- Pan-fry with a little oil over medium heat for 8–10 minutes
- Air-fry or oven at 180°C for 8–10 minutes
- BBQ over medium heat for 6–8 minutes
Cook until evenly browned and cooked through.
Pairing Suggestions
Couscous or flatbread, herby greens or tabbouleh and a tahini yoghurt drizzle.
Why This One Exists
This sausage was designed to evoke a feeling of warmth, relaxation and sunshine. Drawing on Mediterranean-style flavours, sumac and cumin add brightness and aroma while letting lamb remain the focus. It’s about slow afternoons, outdoor tables and food that feels grounding without feeling heavy.

Keep frozen at −18°C.
Important notes
Your sausages are shipped frozen using insulated packaging and ice packs.
If they arrive partially softened but still cold to the touch, they can be safely returned to the freezer or stored in the fridge if you plan to use them soon.
If fully defrosted, keep chilled between 0-4°C and enjoy within 3 days. Do not refreeze once fully defrosted.
